If your shipment has arrived damaged, or is not the part or product you were expecting, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make it right with you. Our parts and products come with manufacturer warranties, and we will work with you on a case by case basis to replace the defective or damaged product.

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to furnishing or repairing without charge a similar part to replace any part proven to have been defective at the time it was shipped, provided the purchaser has given system Accessories immediate written notice upon discovery of such a defect. System Accessories shall in no way be liable or responsible for any consequential or contingent damages including injury or damages to persons or property arising out of the use of the equipment or any other parts there of here in described. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied by law and all obligations or liabilities on System Accessories part, whether contractual or otherwise.
